Refund & Returns Policy – Vastra

At Vastra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns will not be accepted for sale/clearance items unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged item).

3. Exchanges

  • You can exchange an item for a different size or design (subject to availability).
  • Exchange requests should be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at vastrastore.ind@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you with return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back.
